Shipping and Return Policy
UPS and US Postal Service are our current shipping providers. Customers may choose which carrier will deliver their order unless Free Shipping is selected or if a PO Box is provided as the shipping address (UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes).
We strive to ship orders within two (2) business days from the time the order is placed. Arrival times vary according to destination.
If you order several cases, they may not arrive in the same shipping box. If you receive a box and it does not contain everything you ordered, check the shipping label for the number of boxes or any notes regarding separate shipments. The remaining cases may be arriving separately.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated and set by the shipping carrier using weight and dimensions of the products in your order as well as the shipping address. You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with the shipping charge before you confirm your order.
Free Shipping is not available to Canada.
Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA has contracted with UPS for all shipments to its customers in Canada. All orders will be sent using UPS Standard to/from Canada.
UPS can only deliver to a street address. NO PO BOXES. Shipping charges will be paid through this on-line store. You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase including the shipping charge before you confirm your order.
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee may also be charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$ 200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
All shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees and any other delivery fees associated with delivery of an order are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must agree to these terms prior to finalizing their order. Shipping charges do not include customs fees, brokerage fees or any other associated fees, all of which are the sole responsibility of the customer at time of delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, if applicable.
UPS Guarantees and Notices
Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS's services listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all locations and scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
Please Note: Shipping rates are based on the information you have supplied. Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges, or accessorial charges also may apply. Rates are based on UPS published rates. Please see the UPS Rate and Service Guide or the applicable service and rate guide in your jurisdiction for details.
Currently we only ship to Canada and APO/FPO addresses. Due to the cost to ship outside North America; we are not able to ship to other countries at this time. If you live in a country outside the US and Canada, you might like to try www.myamericanshopper.com to see if they can assist you with purchasing and shipping our product. Please note that when you enter a link outside of our web store, Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA bears no liability for the contents thereof.

Create an account, making sure the address under the "Customer Information" section is the same as the address on your credit card billing statement.
When prompted for the "Ship to" address, enter EComm (for first name) and Clerk (for last name), 1200 Court Street, Portsmouth, VA 23704." Entering this address informs the shipping clerk the order needs to be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.
In "comment" section, please provide us with the recipient's name and APO/FPO address.
Customers will be charged the UPS shipping costs as calculated within the shopping cart. Postal rates are actually more and Massimo Zanetti Beverage pays the difference. We appreciate all that our troops do make our country safe.
Please verify your shipping and billing addresses as you place your order. If a shipment is undeliverable as addressed or returned to MZB due to our error we will assume any additional shipping charges. If a shipment is undeliverable or returned to Massimo Zanetti Beverage due to incorrect address input by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees incurred as a result of reshipment. Additional shipping and handling fees must be paid in full before order can be reshipped.
Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy
We at Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA take great pride in our product and are committed to consumer satisfaction. We make every effort to fill and deliver your order accurately. If you receive the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service Department at 844-365-2739 or email email@example.com. If you received the correct product, but are not satisfied, you may return your product to our Customer Service Department within 45 days from the original order date for refund or replacement product. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or Paypal account within 2 weeks following product return. Shipping fees are not refundable and return address labels are not provided. Our return policy does not allow for refunds on products returned after this 45-day window.
If you would like your product exchanged you are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to shipping the new product. Our return policy does not allow for refunds on products returned after this 45-day window.
In order to receive your refund, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact our Customer Service Department at 844-365-2739 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you will be returning all or a portion of your order.
2. Include a copy of the invoice or packing slip received with your order, indicating the reason for your return on the back of the document.
3. Secure product in original packaging, if available. If not available, protect product well in sturdy shipping box.
4. Return unopened merchandise in "as new" condition by pre-paid mail, as indicated below. We recommend returns are sent via insured mail carrier (such as UPS, Fed Ex, or US Postal Service with an insurance option) to guarantee receipt of your package.
5. Customer Service Address: Because we ship from different warehouses, return address will be provided to customer by Customer Service department by phone or email.
If you receive damaged product, please hold on to all packaging and contact us at 844-365-2739. Please do not throw away any damaged goods until either a shipping provider claims adjuster has been in contact with you (if needed) or you have further instructions from the Customer Service department.
If your order has been severely damaged in transit you may refuse delivery and have the package returned to us to file a claim with the carrier and process a replacement order.
